Arm Day 3/10/17

1. Rope Hammer Curls 7 sets of 12-15 reps, dropset last set to failure, rest 30 seconds between sets.
2. Lying Cable Curls 7 sets of 10-12 reps, rest 30 seconds between sets.
3. Spider Curls 7 sets of 12 reps, rest 30 seconds between sets.
4. Machine Preacher Curls 7 sets of 12 reps, rest 30 seconds between sets.
5. Dip Machine 7 sets of 12-15 reps, rest 30 seconds between sets.
6. Machine Skullcrushers 7 sets of 12-15 reps, dropset last set to failure, rest 30 seconds between sets.
7. EZ-Bar Skullcrushers 7 sets of 10-12 reps, rest 30 seconds between sets.
8. Underhand Pushdowns 5 sets of 10-12 reps, rest 30 seconds between sets.
