Chest, Cardio 3/4/17

1. Flat Bench Press 1 set of 10 reps with 135lbs, 2 sets of 10 reps with 185lbs, 2 sets of 8 reps with 205lbs, 2 sets of 6 reps with 225lbs.
2. Incline Dumbbell Press 7 sets of 10 reps, rest 1 minute between sets.
3. Weighted Dips 5 sets of 8 reps, rest 45 seconds between sets.
4. Cable Crossovers 5 sets of 12-15 reps, rest 30 seconds between sets.
5. Bike for 15 minutes.
6. Sauna for 20 minutes.
