Back, Abs, Cardio 2/28/17

1. Deadlifts 8 sets of 1-10 reps, rest 2 minutes between sets.
2. Cable Rows 5 sets of 12 reps, rest 1 minute between sets.
3. T-Bar Rows 5 sets of 8-10 reps, rest 1 minute between sets.
4. One Arm Dumbbell Rows 4 sets of 10 reps, rest 1 minute between sets.
5. Machine Back Rows 5 sets of 20 reps, rest 45 seconds between sets.
6. Weighted Situps 6 sets of 10 reps, rest 1 minute between sets.
7. Treadmill Run for 10 minutes.
8.  Rowing Machine for 5 minutes.
9. Sauna for 25 minutes.
