Shoulders, Abs 3/3/17

Tri-set
1. Dumbbell Rear Delt Raises 5 sets of 12 reps.
2. Dumbbell Lateral Raises 5 sets of 12 reps.
3. Dumbbell Front Raises 5 sets of 12 reps, rest 45 seconds between sets.

Working Set

4. Barbell Upright Rows 5 sets of 20 reps with 75 lbs. Rest 45 seconds between sets.

Superset

5. Rear Dealt Machine Flyes 5 sets of 20 reps.
6.Barbell Front Raises 5 sets of 20 reps, rest 45 seconds between sets.

Working Sets

7. Dumbbell Press 4 sets of 10 reps, rest 1 minute between sets.
8. Russian Twists 4 sets of 20 reps each side, rest 45 seconds between sets.
9. Sauna for 30 minutes.
