Shoulders 3/11/17

1. Barbell Front And Behind The Neck Press 5 sets of 20 reps, rest 45 seconds between sets.

Superset

2. Dumbbell Lateral Raises 5 sets of 12 reps.
3. Dumbbell Rear Delt Flyes 5 sets of 12 reps, rest 45 seconds between sets.

Working Sets


4. Barbell Upright Rows 5 sets of 20 reps, rest 45 seconds between sets.
5. Machine Rear Delt Flyes 5 sets of 12-15 reps, rest 45 seconds between sets.
6. Machine Lateral Raises 5 sets of 12-15 reps, rest 45 seconds between sets.
7. Machine Press 5 sets of 12-15 reps, dropset last set to failure, rest 45 seconds between sets.
8. Machine Shrugs 5 sets of 12-20 reps, rest 30 seconds between sets.
